How to activate a subscription?

Right after the purchase, you will receive an email with a license key, which you should enter in the program (Configuration → Other options → License).

You can always find your license key on the profile page (opens new window).

How to change the subscription plan?

You just need to buy at least 1 month of a new subscription. The remaining days in the previous plan will be automatically recalculated according to the price difference and added to your new subscription.

I'm running out of subscription. Is there an automatic renewal?

No, subscriptions do not renew automatically. You need to purchase the subscription (opens new window) manually again. You don't need to do any changes in the program. Subscription will be tied to the same license key.

Can I use my license on two computers?

You can use your key on any number of computers but not simultaneously. If you run Hand2Note with the same key on two PCs at the same time, the program will shut down on all devices.

If you forgot to exit Hand2Note on one of your computers, then you can reset the key remotely through your account (opens new window) on our website.

Is it possible to purchase a lifetime license?

No, at the moment we do not provide lifetime subscriptions.
